The challenge
What it was like before
The bottleneck was not production, it was showing. Every client wanted to see how their design looked: first on one product, then somewhere else, then at another size. Each of those versions was a mockup put together by hand, and on top of the design time came the dead time of messages going back and forth. Whole mornings went by between request and reply, sometimes on a single client.

The solution
What we built
We built the wholesale store with a mockup editor inside it. The client uploads their design, tries it on the product, moves it, resizes it and sees the result there and then, without asking anyone. Previewing stopped being a job for the salesperson and became something the client resolves alone, and the wholesale order comes out of the same store.
